Carsley is getting the England gig, albeit temporarily. I reckon he'll impress to make it his own.

 

Having an Irishman take the England job has absolute top tier “inside job” meme potential, so that could be funny.

(I know he’s English too but that won’t stop it)

 

Definitely feels you get offered jobs way too early. I got promoted from the Portuguese second tier in year 1 and was getting offered the Ipswich, Toulouse, and Getafe jobs, which felt mad. And then I got the Leverkusen job after coming fifth in the Primeira the next year.

 

So I guess we won’t have both Solanke and Richy. Adding another winger makes that fine I suppose.

Solanke and Neto have the most noise around them. Would be fairly happy with it but both seem risky. For different reasons.

 

Hope Skipp lands in a good spot. He deserves to get more minutes so he can keep developing. I think he has the quality to start in the PL for the right club.

Cancelo back training with Man City is weird. No way Cancelo's ego allows him to play with them again. But Barcelona probably doesn't have any money for him so who knows what other team would want him.

 

I must have adjusted my FPL team about 15 times in the last week. My forwards are nailed but I’m going back and forth with everything else.

 

I do wonder if I'd be given a 7 year deal by Chelsea if I was under 21 again

Chelsea are genuinely like me in FM. I always sign like 5 u20 players during the season and completely forget about them when the window opens.
