So it’s come out today that Saliba lost his mother around the time he moved to England and that is why he isn’t being viewed as mentally ready to play yet.

Really sad and a reminder that as fans we don’t know everything that is going on behind the scenes.

I hope because it’s late on a Friday that a lot of people don’t see this before the FPL deadline

On one hand I've seen reports we haven't agreed anything, but also we posted something on the club's instagram and in the background the colours of Ghana and France are there...

Almost certainly means nothing but our fanbase is tearing each apart for believing/not believing lol.

  6. Son is expected to start tomorrow. A nice surprise. Fans are speculating another surprise start tomorrow with a certain player who has been training with the first team this week. Would be amazing.

I genuinely feel bad for some United fans. Sancho ain’t in the squad for Dortmund and they think that’s cause we’re going to actually put a bid in for him. Poor lads, they’ll learn.

It's things like the Sancho saga that make it no wonder people like BoJo get elected. Just pure ignorance of the facts of the matter and refusal to accept any evidence contrary to what they want to happen.

The sound you’re hearing is the rush of people to use their wildcards to get DCL in their fantasy line ups

Literally done this today lmao. As if he's gone up £0.5m already going into the 4th game of the season, crazy.

This Everton team has so much chemistry for being so early into the season and with so many new parts. Reminds me of that season they were challenging for UCL with Timmy a ways back.

Me when Wednesdays 10 year long habit of conceding 96th minute equalisers rears its ugly head again.

My optimism from a few weeks back has fully gone now. A weak mentality seems to be the sole attribute our scouts look for in potential players. We’re a league one club already.

Today was a different type of victory, one we certainly wouldn't have got last season anyway. We seemed happy to let Brighton have possession and let them be awful with their decision making. I lost count of the amount of times they could of crossed a ball in but they instead opted to pass it back to Ryan and build another attack out from the back. Delighted for DCL again but most of all Davies didn't look out of place nor did Iwobi. Hopefully Richarlison, Allan and Coleman come back fit after the international break so we can give Liverpool a good game, a game our form deserves.

Somehow Leeds have created the clearer chances in the first half. City were utterly dominant for about twenty minutes but Leeds have been impressive since then.

    So we signed Cavani

Cavani is still a very good player! Way better than Ighalo as a Martial alternative

He is, and he would have been a fantastic signing if we signed him six weeks ago when the window opened and then went on to sign the actual targets the manager wanted. But no, we’ve stumbled through the window not signing any of our targets (Ole wanted a CB, LB, and RW) and panic signing a 33 year old to a two year deal on monster money. It’s a fecking atrocious signing in that context

Brilliant performance from Leeds. On another day they could've won that.
