I feel your pain on this. One of my goals for the year was to get from my usual 10km runs up to half marathon distance. The biggest challenge was nothing to do with my legs, it was avoiding shitting my pants in public.

Getting caught around 6km from home, in a very public area and knowing that you have to run as fast as possible to avoid the shame, while at the same time knowing that running faster makes the situation (shituation?) worse... Nightmare.

Eric is a hero for raising this publicly.

I hope we keep Aurier this window. He's shown he isn't good enough to be a starter in the PL, but he probably becomes one of the better backups in the league. And he actually looked pretty solid yesterday.
