Referee has given Bournemouth every decision, to the point I really thought he wasn’t going to give us that clear penalty.

    Anyway, 2-0, LFG

with Manchester United and Crystal Palace facing each other back to back from EFL Cup to PL, does anyone know the most times two teams have faced off in a row across any/all competitions?

I can envision a run of FA Cup -> PL -> FA Cup replay -> late stage EFL Cup (like semi final or something)

Man city pretty average without Rodri (and KDB, Bernardo, Stones)

That is an insane challenge from Christie.

Crowd gave Kai such a massive cheer for the goal. Really happy for him.

Crowd have been chanting the Kai Havertz song for 5 solid minutes.

We seem to LOVE being annoying away at Bournemouth. Last season it was 30 minutes of Saliba/tequila lol.

Declan Rice is SO fucking good. Absolutely world class player. He makes us much better, and is performing well every single game without fail.

  10. Jamie Donley on the bench today. Likely won’t play but cool to see him up with the first team. He’s been crushing it for the U21.

Three games in a row where MCI have looked human. Really looking forward to the match against ARS now

After the past 2.5 games, Rodri should be demanding KDB/Haaland level wages for Man City before his suspension ends

  17. You can have scoring droughts and look halfway decent and you feel like maybe it’s just bad luck… but the amount of bad passing, miscommunication, etc. is just gross.

Rashford and Hoijland need to go on a retreat or something extreme to get on the same page ASAP

Traded out Ben White for Palace’s Andersen. I guess it worked out ok lol

  20. Spurs have had such bad fortune against Liverpool in recent years. Always an exciting game that we end up losing in a painful way.

    I think today it changes!

  21. 65 points given I missed out on the Watkins hat trick. I’ll take it.

I hope Liverpool crush Spurs, not because I hate Spurs but because the media’s incessant rimming of Ange is way over the top right now.

I hope Liverpool win because I benched Udogie and Maddison based on historical fixtures and I’d quite not like to have a ton of points on the bench after starting Estupinan and Mitoma.

  24. We’re playing fine but Liverpool getting the better chances so far
