I just don’t understand how you can look at the state of that Everton squad and think there’s a hope in hell of them staying up.

Almost like the board thought “What, us? No, we’ll be fine. We’re Everton.”

Same as Leeds all those years ago. Same as Leicester. Same as Hamburg and Schalke a few years back.

 

Luton, Sheffield United + one other is their hope.

 

The reason we fell behind last year I feel is because we didn't have the depth or legs to match City at the end of the season, not because our system was broken. We've improved the squad and brought in the depth, so it seems insane to me that he's introduced this new system.

fucking hilarious. Forest had a man sent off, and gave away a penalty and still the most egregious calls were against United. They got a free kick for two of their own players running into each other. Gibbs White and Aina would have been sent off alongside Worrall if the ref did his job but no they’re the big victims.
