Do you think United might offer him a new contract but NOT as first choice? Surely United can't do that given the wages he's on.

Juventus somehow winning the Europa while getting relegated by financial fraud would be peak uefa

I'm not sure they could. United don't have the budget to renew him for what it would likely be (£150-200,000 p/w) and also buy another GK. The choice is either renew De Gea and prioritise other positions (ST, CM, CB), or buy a replacement and forgo one of the other positions.

Both are shit decisions. I personally think they'll renew him and he'll continue to start. Dean Henderson is a bit of an unknown, maybe De Gea renews and there's a fair fight in the summer for No 1 between the two, but the relationship with Henderson has mostly broken down so imagine they'll sell him for funds.

Crazy that everyone had Arsenal & United down as the likely winners, and they got knocked out by the fourth placed team in Portugal and the 13th placed team in Spain respectively.

That Declan Rice performance has me really hoping the rumours are true.

Julian looking very Bond villian-esque there.

4 options becomes 3. Think they'll end up with Poch now. Kompany would be silly to take the job - he's got a good thing going with Burnley, why sacrifice that for the dumpster fire which is Chelsea's bloated and unmanageable squad?

  14. It’s going to be Poch and I’m going to vomit

That probably means Nagelsmann to Madrid, yeah?

  16. I'd say Spurs and potentially PSG are still in the mix along with Madrid.

I feel like it’s gotta be Madrid. I cannot imagine him taking the PSG job after Bayern

I think it’s very, very likely to be Madrid now.

Man said “I’d never manage Arsenal” and nobody thought to ask about anyone else.

Can’t wait for Poch to turn Chelsea around while we wither away

Saliba, Zinny, and now Xhaka? Just before we play City too?

When Chelsea fans said "Rice would only leave West Ham to play with his best friend", they didn't realise that they were correct. But it might not be Chelsea...

  25. Assuming we also bring in another LCB, I hope this deal goes through. He's been solid for most of the season and would be a good backup/rotational option.
