Proud of myself for not getting my hopes up about Dortmund defeating Bayern today. This is about what I expected.

    Chelsea are abysmal. It wonderful.

They play without any heart or soul. Which is fitting since their club is in such a Frankenstein mode right now.

I’ve been saying for six months that Xavi should turn Eric Garcia into a Busquets replacement and he’s actually trying it out! I guess against Elche is the right team, haha.

The only footballer off the top of my head I can remember being this publicly not into football was the one and only Benoit Assou-Ekotto

Potter played a formation with literally one CB yesterday - surely he knows Villa are too good a team, and have too good a coach, to be springing "tactical surprises" like that and expecting an easy game? He is sticking Mudryk, a winger, in a ST role, so the kid has a new league, new country, new language and now a new position to deal with all at once, and Potter doesn't seem to think "hey, the guy might be struggling atm - lets give him a break and play him where he is comfortable"? He is doing himself no favours whatsoever and just seems to be a completely different guy to who he was with Brighton.

It is so abundantly clear that Boehly sacked Tuchel because he didn't like the guy rather than anything football-related, as things on the pitch are now much worse than what Tuchel got sacked for lol.

Why all the Nagelsmann to Spurs shouts when he was sacked but no shouts for Rodgers to Spurs?

Insane change in a few months that the majority of United fans are upset AWB isn’t available for selection

  21. I don’t know what result I want in this United game. I guess draw is ideal.

I think Newcastle losing if no draw would be better than United winning?

Commentator will pun us all to death.

"Anthony needs to be careful he doesn't get Burned."
"Longstaff runs so much, he should be called Lungstaff."

the only correct result, per my FPL selection, is a 2-0 win for Man U where Shaw & Rashford each score and assist each other

Did I miss a rule change in the last couple of years where defenders can’t put pressure on the back of a player shielding the ball? I understand if they crash through the player in an attempt to win the ball, but can you seriously not press up against the ball carrier anymore? Refs just fall for opposing players tumbling over when there’s a hand on their back every single time.
