I name searched Rice on twitter to see his goal and if you didn’t know any better you would think he was already an Arsenal player lol

Lots of our fans are nuts. I include myself in that lol.

Think the Rice thing comes from Wrighty hinting he was told by Declan himself that he wants to come to Arsenal and will sign if we agree a fee with West Ham.

Being a fan is already a bit of a nutty behavior, I don’t blame anyone leaning into that lol. I also include myself in that group.

Arsenal fans, particularly the ones on twitter are a whole different breed though. I remember the summer Thiago was close to joining United but ended up going to Bayern I had tweeted something about hoping he came to United, the second he joined Bayern I got bombarded by 10-15 Arsenal fans just reveling in my misfortune lol. Gotta hand it to them for the sheer mentally unhinged and unstable behavior.

Where’s he going to play in your side?

This guy had a rollercoaster for sure, but he’s a good follow for those who are interested in “lesser” nations. The Sweeper pod is another really good one.

    Xhaka upgrade/rotation option I think.

I suspect we get two CM’s, and a backup left back to replace Tierney this summer.

I'm not convinced Rice would want to go somewhere he'd be a rotation option.

Yeah, he’d be first choice for sure, but due to having two truly competitive games a week with the the CL/PL, Xhaka would be the backup that would get some decent game time basically

This feels less like a promise, and more like a Sopranos-style threat

Let's get these people moving faster!

Isn't that a risk for him at any top side? He'll have to look over his shoulder for his time wherever he goes, because there'll always be sexier new CM options than him getting talked up.

  13. Nagelsmann being the big betting favorite for the Spurs job immediately after being sacked is probably just bullshit but it’s not stopping me from getting my hopes up.

Getting sacked by Bayern while performing so well in CL to then go to a club that might not even qualify would be something. Though as a Newcastle fan, I wanted Conte to hang on and continue getting the worst out of the side - and feel way less hopeful of top 4 if they hire Nagelsmann.

  15. Another funny (but not funny) thing about Conte’s rants is that he consistently shits on the team saying things like they aren’t good enough to compete….and then gets mad and wonders why they don’t play with passion for him.

Seen some links suggesting Nagelsmann might go to Real Madrid. I guess that would pave the way for Uncle Carlo to Brazil?

  18. Going to another big club that will sack him for not going unbeaten would be lame!

Nagelsmann seems to favor a lot of stuff that would get Spurs absolutely hammered and turned over in the Premier League

France really take out their internal strife over the captaincy on the Dutch quite handily thus far, I see.

“What you wanted, what the other guys wanted” Woah. Kind of feels like there’s a very obvious implication here ha.
