I’m going to be perfectly honest and say I have absolutely no idea what Mount is like as a player.

 

Mount is basically Pulisic with less high highs and less low lows.

 

Mount scores a belting goal in that Sure advert he's in!

 

Feels like there is a good player in there with Mount, but he'd perhaps benefit from some consistency with his role.

I wouldn't be totally against United going for him. He'd be better rotation at 10 for Bruno than Donny, and could be moulded into the Eriksen role as his technical skills and workrate would be good there.

 

Perhaps having half my family as Chelsea fans means I get more exposure to him than a lot of non-Chelsea fans, but I think Mount is really good. Not world beating, but very consistent up until this season when Chelsea have been struggling, and he's very technically sound. Should also be remembered that he has won Chelsea's POTY award for the last two years.

I do think he's better than Pulisic, but I also don't think they are particularly similar players. Mount plays more centrally, and can play as an 8 or a 10. He's less flashy but more incisive and generally has more impact on games.

I can see most of the top English, maybe even European, clubs going after him. Certainly, he's probably already sounded out Liverpool, Arsenal, United, and Newcastle. I think he'd be an absolute gem in La Liga too, where he would get more time on the ball. Atletico could be a good shout for him.

 

Saints-Spurs could be 1-1 already.

 

This is super interesting. This kid can make his professional senior debut in Europe next weekend for his new team. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't move again in the summer if he impresses.

Porro has been fantastic once he got his footing recently.

 

Some real bad decisions with my FPL this week by forgetting the deadline. Left Porro on the bench and forgot to change my caption off Watkins. Also didn't diversify my defence so both Brentford are benched and both Newcastle played and blanked.
