I’d imagine the Porro thing still happens. Sporting are just being assholes.

 

Even in spite of his minutes being reduced recently, I never saw this coming.

 

City have a buyback clause for Porro. If they activate it now because of this I swear to god.

 

Porro has been pushing for this deal all window. I’m sure he’s angry with Sporting as well.

 

Even with Cancelo being on Pep's shitlist since the World Cup, didn't expect they'd boot him out mid season. Imagine something has happened behind the scenes.

Going to be an interesting summer for City though. Pep has been hinting for weeks that they need some squad turnover as players have lost motivation. Will any of the old guard be safe?

That's a great price for City to negotiate, especially considering this is Bayern we're talking about.

 

I don’t get why Sporting would delay the Porro deal with Spurs to help a City deal happen because they’d get way less money. So I don’t think that’s what it is. But who the hell knows. This has been the most bizarre negotiation I’ve seen.

 

Unless City offered more money or better add ons

 

City might have a sell on clause that will make them less money if Spurs buy him. But either way, I don’t see Porro going to City. City need a left back.

 

If City sign Porro and play him at the weekend, Conte might spontaneously combust.

 

Nothing in particular (that I'm aware of) other than looking average for Portugal, but I meant that Cancelo was still starting every game for City before the break, then since has been a peripheral figure at best and has been out of the squad for the last few games.
