I’m just mad that this would normally be a lovely opportunity to laugh at City but I can’t because of the implications lol increases Arsenal’s title chances and decreases Spurs top 4 chances. Shame.

Honestly, because he’s not that good. Good dead ball, tidy passer, good at most things but there’s not much about him that screams he’d make the step up to running a top midfield. Obviously just my opinion but he’d only really be worth it in a well oiled machine type team and there ain’t many of them kicking around. The one main one would be City who can afford to get better versions of him.

Yikes. I don't have the exact solution myself, but there needs to be a shake up at Liverpool. The midfield feels uninspired and slow, and the fullbacks rarely look in control of the games they are in. This contributes to the defense being left more and more exposed, and the forwards get less chances and any momentum from whatever form they could have is diminished. They will need a lot of hard work and some luck to get top 4.

 

For £100m up front, Chelsea can fucking have him lol.

Please god no - I really hope this is just the usual agent/media work to try & entice Arsenal to pay a proper fee and get the deal over the line rather than anything serious
