I don't know anything about BrewDog, but if they're just a bar that shows World Cup games, then their approach is definitely better than just boycotting the World Cup.

 

I have some questions…

 

They are a brewery who make beer, and then own sports bars up snd down the country to sell it in.

In the past, one of the owners was accused of workplace intimidation and bullying, and they also have a deal to supply their alcohol free beers to Qatar. So I’m not sure they’re really doing anything than trying to get groups to their bars.

 

Should be said that Brewdog have a history of extravagant marketing ideas (driving a tank through Westminster, chartering a flight for a boozy flight, planting a forest, many many others) - so this is along those same lines. A marketing stunt with a political angle.

Fully agree on both your points. Southgate must not like Maddison for out of football reasons. He's been that good, it must be the reason for not taking him? Surely? I know he's had some drama on social media in the past.

 

There's a lot of rumours about his personal life and kinda party boy lifestyle. Rumours he used to be a bit of a prick at Norwich.
