Love that Palmer has been getting a ton of run out lately. Really like what I have seen from him so far. Glad he stayed with the club instead of going out on loan. James McaTee is having a rough ass time on his loan spell at Sheffield United.

Pep finally playing the kids in blowouts is a sight for sore eyes this season. Probably has to do with the sub increase but I will take it. Rico Lewis getting another run tonight.

Spurs kit is probably the worst in the league. Awful.

Tottenham more able to press in midfield with the extra midfielder. Brighton look much better when they don't play into that.

  7. We finally switched to 352 and look much better

Brighton dangerous when they look early for the forwards or move it wide. Don't know why they played into midfield so many times in the first 25-30 minutes. 5v5 when they shift it quickly.

  10. Impressive win today. Brighton look legit and I think they’ll be hanging around European qualifying spots all season. Had to be such a tough week for Conte and the players. Glad they got to win one for Gian Piero.

One of my favourite storylines in football over the last couple of years is the downfall of Juventus.

Today it continued, as they lost 2-0 to Milan, leaving them 7th, seven points behind leaders Napoli, Atalanta and Milan, having played a game less than the first two.

This is excellent. NY Times article on Arsenal fan culture.

Sadly behind a paywall but there are ways to read it anyway if you know how.

Why are we playing at 7pm on a Sunday??

It's on BT Sport so I imagine they had been given your game but obviously couldn't have it in their usual Saturday lunchtime kick off slot due to your Europa League match. I'm going to guess that BT Sport PL matches and Sky Sports PL matches can't overlap in coverage so the evening kick off is the slot where it fits in.

Right. Can’t remember the last time there was a game this late on a Sunday.

I miss the Covid schedule. Games one after the other all weekend. Every evening during the week. Would be horrible for fans now crowds are back, but what a time for watching on TV.

Should be a nothing story, really. I mean, it's 2022!
