where would i be if i was my brain Prestigious

This screams UCL victory and that's how we stay in the competition for 23/24

EDIT: City are losing all their PL-worthy depth right now. Yes their starting 11 is amazing but an insane level of depth is needed to maintain competitiveness in all Cups and league like Pep wants.

In: Haaland, Kalvin, that young striker from S America I can’t remember at 5:30 in the morning
    Out: Fernandinho, Jesus, Ake*, Sterling*

It doesn’t seem quite that bad for City yet… but I may be missing some.

City heavily rumoured to be bringing in Cucurella from Brighton too.

I don't think it's bad at all for them. They're refreshing their squad, getting some new blood in, getting younger. They're losing some big names, but there's no reason to believe their replacements won't be able to produce similar numbers.

tbh I was convinced Barca signed Cucurella a couple of months ago. that'll be a very good signing for them. opens zinchenko to move into midfield.

I think Kalvin Phillips will be the big loser, I like him but he doesn't scream Pep to me.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

Do you not think he could deploy him as his new Fernandinho? Scurrying around, being a nuisance and causing tactical fouls as necessary. Basically how he was used for England last summer.

He’s La Masia. IIRC, we loaned him to Getafe, they bought him, we bought him back, and immediately sold him to Brighton.

Possibly, but I think Fernandinho was a step above and better on the ball than Phillips

Has Nike announced a USMNT World Cup kit or are we already playing in it?

Debating between Aaronson, de la Torre, and Adams. Maybe Zimmerman.

Serie A play-off for the title if the top two are tied on points. No more goal difference, head to head, etc. Imagine if it's AC Milan v Inter.

I’ve spent a silly amount of time trying to figure out why this jersey looks a bit shit. Just realised the white and red are flipped from the normal Hechter design.

also it’s absolutely criminal the shite Nike have given PSG over the years. I dislike them but the Hechter is such a classic jersey design that Nike go out of their way to avoid.

We miss out on Raphinha and immediately places are pumping out Gnabry return articles.

Arsenal fans are so easily duped lol.

Like I get that Bayern possibly may sell him. But he’s looking for insane money that I don’t think Arsenal would pay out

Looking at Arsenal's fixtures early doors (Jesus will likely hit the ground running imo) and Spurs' attack from last season set in stone, I think there's a genuine possibility Gabriel Jesus could pip Richarlison to being Brazil's no.9 come November. That's not me being bitter by the way, just something I hope Richarlison's agent considered.
