I just re-watched the penalty situation in the Barca game. When it happened I thought I must be blind when the ref did not give the penalty after reviewing it and the commentators also said it would have been harsh.
But now after watching it again this absolutely should have been a clear penalty. The United player clearly hits Rakitics leg just before Rakitic could touch the ball.

 

This is correct, but they are literally joined so it's sort of one and the same.

 

Yeah, the first time I watched Barca play was in a derby with Espanyol at a supporter’s bar on La Rambla, which is why it always stands out for me.
