I was trying to describe myself to someone

I didn't realise that Burnley had new owners who'd done that whole leveraged buyout (I think that's what it's called thing). I thought Dyche had been at odds with the owners a few years ago, about investment in the squad. Can't understand why you'd buy a club and then underfund it so that it collapses.

Can the new owners have actually made a profit by buying the club the way they did and then just pocketing as much TV money as possible? Surely they'll still end up in charge of something which just be massively loss making outside the prem?

I guess parachute payments will keep them busy for a time, but it'd a shame to see them possibly going down in a way that might be quite hard to come back from.

At least the likes of Bournemouth and Norwich keep things sensible so that they don't utterly collapse if they do get relegated

I guess I'm the only one shitting a brick about a potential end of season bounce for Burnley? Great :crylaugh:

Tbf if they bounce enough to join the race for Europe then fair play haha

  5. Curious where Dyche ends up. Leeds will need a new manager right? Would be a weird fit tho lol

Don't think Marsch will last too long, huh?

  7. Lol I forgot they just hired him. For some reason I had in my head Bielsa was still there until end of season (I haven’t watched a Leeds game in months)

Spurs very, very lucky to still have 11 here. Kulu 100% should have been off for that elbow

  11. Also, not a fan of how Brighton play

  12. They’re late on so many tackles and it results in our guys getting spikes in their foot. It’s not malicious by Brighton. But it’s incredibly frustrating.

Brighton just as lucky to have 11 considering what Mwepu is doing out there

  14. On a yellow and two borderline yellows since. I’m guessing he gets subbed off.

Yep, also very true. Very reckless and hot headed from him so far.

    Great stat.

One of the two remaining times, they actually sacked their own manager.

An ... interesting midfield for United today. Gone for the lesser spotted "false midfield" formation

Honestly kinda insane that Lingard is starting, given the season is basically over and he's leaving in the summer. Should have used the opportunity to stray a youngster like Hannibal

    hmmm

Pogba/Fernandes. I think Rangnick might be expecting a lot of the ball today.

If Brighton had a proper forward they’d be qualifying for Europe.
