I would question the sanity of anyone who thought that was a penalty. Ref was awful all night.

If that penalty was given against any other team than PSG I'd say it wasn't one.

 

American coverage panel of Tim Howard and Steve Nash (the basketball player) think its a penalty, so you know for sure it isn't.
