Watching La Liga/Copa del Rey in the US is a nightmare for one. Second, 3pm is a rough time to try and watch a game as it’s in the middle of the work day.

Saturday’s match for all the bragging rights.

If you can't watch because of work that is obviously understandable. But from your first comment it sounded like you decided not to watch it on purpose.

I can request off ahead of time. Have a pretty flexible schedule during the week, so I didn’t request off for today because I was sure we’d lose. Which probably says a lot about my confidence these days.

I don't really follow Barca but from what I see you're comfortably first in the league and still competing in the cup and CL. How come you are so under-confident?

Certainly helps that Messi is having one of his best seasons in La Liga, but we’ve had some injuries to key players like Umtiti, Sergi Roberto, and debatably Arthur that threw off a lot of the flow and rhythm. We also haven’t won an away game in the UCL knockouts since like 2014.

Ok, but that still seems like a weak excuse to be non-confident. That's just the way it is, it can't be everything perfectly fine. I mean there will probably come times in the future were Barca will be way way worse than now and I hope you don't stop supporting them then.

I’ve never stopped supporting any team of mine due to bad results. Lack of confidence doesn’t mean lack of support. I still regularly attend University of Tennessee football games :crylaugh:

Whoever styles Barcelona now deserves a raise. And whoever convinced Messi to cut his hair should have a statue.

thought Spurs played quite well that half, probably a bit unlucky to be behind. clearly a tactical choice by Arsenal/Emery to sit off and play on the break, explains the lineup decisions.

    incredible double save by Leno
