Pleased with the Newcastle result yesterday. Almiron not only looks decent, but seems to have energised some other players too. Our second goal was really nice too.

Pleased that Rafa seems to be sticking with Longstaff, as it's nice to see an academy graduate out there.

Our finishing was horrible yesterday though. 29 attempts (Huddersfield had 2), 12 on target and only 2 goals. We hit the post and cross bar at least 4 times.

Getting a Matic replacement/ cover is easily our second biggest need in the summer after a RW. He's the only player in the squad who can play that position for us.

I'd say if we were at full strength and didn't have 4 injuries in the first half it would have been an easy win.
