  1. Looking back on it Sounders were a bit more encouraging than I thought during the match. Anderson is definitely talented, if raw. Dempsey did pick it back up towards the end and we put together some nice attacking moves on the whole. Still a long way to go tho

I forgot Dyer's on loan at Leicester... kinda backfired for Swansea.

That Vardy demonstration of a dive was near perfect. #VanGaalDidItBetter

5th 1-0 win in last 6. They're grinding it out like champions.

Good win from them, but I feel like this means it's over for sure for us. The only way Arsenal can catch them now would be if we personally played them three more times.

Just kinda hit me that if they do go on to win, they're also seeded in next years UCL draw and will avoid PSG/Juventus/Bayern/Barca (assuming the last three all win, but odds seem to suggest it). Not like some of the other teams in Germany, Italy, and Spain wouldn't pose some big problems for them (or any other EPL team), but depending on their summer next season could be really special for them, too.

Awesome that Leicester gave away a free beer and donut at the match today.

  15. not a surprise, he's a hozier/ed sheeran-esque singer/songwriter who's really popular over here in the UK but i imagine he hasn't had as much success in the states

I really do enjoy this trend of Rooney hanging with popular singer/songwriters, the below is probably one of the funniest videos I've ever seen

the earth is not a cold dead place.

So if they can make up those seven points last year, they can lose their seven point lead this year!

  19. Run in to close the season for the current Top 4

Leicester (6 games left, 69 pts): SUN (A), WHU, SWC, MU (A), EVE, CHE (A)
Spurs (6 games left, 62 pts): MU, STK (A), WBA, CHE (A), SOU, NEW (A)
Arsenal (7 games left, 58 pts): WHU (A), CRY, WBA, SUN (A), NOR, MCY (A), AVL
Man City (7 games left, 54 pts): WBA, CHE (A), NEW (A), STK, SOU (A), ARS, SWC

Not really sure what to make of it. A lot of overlap in these fixtures and I don't think anyone's slate to end the season is demonstrably easier than anyone else's. City also still have two legs of PSG to look forward to while everyone else is already out of Europe.

I also suppose it might be prudent to include West Ham there as well, I dunno. Gonna be an interesting finish for sure

  20. John Stones went from being underrated to having an awesome season to being one of the better central defenders in the Prem to being a potential transfer target for a #BigClub to underperforming to doing whatever the fuck he has been doing for the last like 4 months

That's what makes the run so awesome to watch; it's so unprecedented and they're literally creating these new storylines that we get to watch unfold, in a league where there's been so much monotony at the top.

I rarely care about PL teams in the UCL, but I would watch every Leicester game I could. The thought of them sustaining this success and building something big is so freaking cool

    Seriously what has happened Stones?

  23. Stones' mindset became "im dope as hell i can do whatever i want" so now he does cruyff turns (RIP) on the ball 2 yards in front of his own goal because he thinks he can
