    Ye signed someone

  2. Took over a month to lock that one up lol

  3. Everton has beat out Spurs for Sissoko. They are reportedly paying £30m for him.

Is that £60m for Bolaise and Sissoko? This market is crazy.

Transfer deadline day is just not the same without a few dildos popping up on sky sports news.

Saw this tweet and I think it's a very valid point. I know Villa have spent a lot. If they don't go up this season they've got to be hit by FFP (unless they offload a little ad more in Jan).

  6. Wow Leicester City broke the bank for Slimani. They've made a couple nice signings this summer.

  7. Another shocker. Levy matched Everton's 30m bid and Sissoko is coming to Spurs. 5-year contract.

Welp. Hopefully Poch can get the best out of him.

I honestly dont know where sissoko would have fit in koeman's plan. The guy is inconsistent anyways and just sat back and let newcastle get relegated, so no hard feelings.

Spurs have just spent £30m on a player who not only is terribly inconsistent and unconvincing, but has once said: "Arsenal is the club of my heart. The beautiful Arsenal."

Oh and he posted a video of the Arsenal shirt he keeps in his wardrobe. :crylaugh::crylaugh:

Well played lads, can't wait to see him in action this year.

It seems Spurs are making up for our lost bants.

@Garrett L. Hey Garrett, we've signed Marvin Emnes from you on a loan till Jan, any idea what he's like? I presume it's so he can get some first team football then you'll look to sell him in Jan.

In absolutely shocking news Miazga has signed for Vitesse on loan. Their 38th player sent on loan this summer.

I saw Emnes play for Boro a few years ago, he was shite.

Sounds like he'll fit in at Blackburn then.

For every decent game he has, he has four or five shit ones. I'm relieved he's gone, so that should be all you need to know, haha.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

£30m for Sissoko is absolute madness. I'm even more shocked that a Premier League club shelled out for him, given that they've all seen his shitty attitude in action for the last couple of seasons.

Great player when he turns up, but a cock.

Pretty good business from Newcastle this window. After the sales we've made, we've actually ended up well in the green I think too. Just need to get promoted this year and throw that money at some quality. Although, the Championship looks like it's going to be ridiculously tight this year.

Wolves, Norwich and Newcastle are my predictions to go up. But seeing Huddersfield up there is crazy, and I really wanted Wednesday back in the Premier League.

Well with it being the league below hopefully he'll be a bit more consistent, but at least we've got a few more players in as we've been shipping everyone out recently. I read earlier that we paid about £2.5m for our current squad and that £1m of that was for Ben Marshall. Shows you how little Venky's have been investing the last few seasons.

Still think Schweinsteiger would be the best partner for Pogba until TFM is ready in a couple of years

  21. The structure of the Sissoko deal makes the whole thing way easier to accept. Five installments of 6m. Spurs only pay for the amount of time he's on the squad. So if we sell him after two seasons we only pay 12m.

I'm fine with the signing. He played like poo last season but looked solid the season before. He obviously didn't want to be on that crap team. When surrounded by quality players at the Euros he looked great. I think he's the exact type player skill-wise that Poch wanted.

I could see him fitting nicely for Spurs. If not we sell him and we don't have to pay the full 30m (if those reports about the structure are true).

very, very disappointed to have only signed gamboa since clinching champions league qualification. went through by one goal against hapoel be'er sheva and the board won't stump up for players to take on barca and city. shocking stuff.

  25. I'm so happy Son stayed. He was injured for a good portion of last season. When he was healthy he looked fine.

Assuming we put out the same starting XI (and Eriksen returns to form) we'll have a bench of Vorm, Davies, Wanyama, Sissoko, Son, N'Koudou, Janssen. That's better than last season.
