Yarmolenko to Spurs rumors have surfaced again. Seems to have been rumored the past few windows and nothing ever happens. I'd be so pumped with that signing but it's likely hopeless.

 

Mick McCarthy not holding back post game...

McCarthy was certainly forthcoming after the game when asked if their performance would have eased fans’ concerns.

I'm in venice for the week, does @Garrett L. Or anybody else have any recommendations of things to do maybe a wee bit off the beaten path?

He's a fine player, for about 10m, mind you but he's the worst mentality. He has everything to be a grand upper table ball playing centre back. He's just so soft mentally.

Where would Berahino fit in?

If you haven't seen the Jewish Ghetto and the WW2 Memorial there, I do like that area. There's quite a few nice bars off the main tourist drag along the further down parts of Fondamenta Venier Sebastiano, which is just across a larger canal from the Ghetto near the train station.

My best advice is to honestly get lost. If you go out Piazza San Marco towards the waterfront, then turn left and just go until you can't anymore, then wind your way back, it's quite amazing. Found some really nice places back in there, a little more civilized, and a lot less tourists.

My favorite place in Venice is this lithograph print shop. It's impossible to find online or on Google Maps, but it's next door to the bar located at Corte Piossi, 2119, 30135 Venezia, Italy... I'm 75% positive. I can get there on my feet, but can never give directions to find it.

 

Spurs have finally finished the signing of George-Kevin N'Koudou.

 

And if you're looking for a decent day-trip out of Venice, Verona is great for a day. If you're looking for more of the countryside/small town vibe, train out to Treviso or maybe even Vittorio Veneto.

Yeah, he's a decent player but he's not £25m good, and we have enough mentally fragile players.

Berahino I think would be a good backup striker and provide some different options up top.

 

I think me moving to St Paul and Minnesota United jumping to MLS might finally be enough to get me interested in a second team besides Lyon.
