Come off it. Both players had their hand up in the same place. One of them had to have hand balled it and he picked wrong. What a terrible human he is.

I will never understand why people will say that the winning team, regardless of the way they played, didn't deserve to win. (Unless there was some kind of reffing error or the sort).

I'm happy for Portugal and Ronaldo, something I didn't think I'd say before this game. It's always such a shame when a top player gets injured in such a crucial game. The team spirit Portugal showed coming back from losing their star player made this a great final in the end. Still hate Pepe though.

 

I had France in the sweepstake at work but I'm not upset I didn't win, happy for Portugal and Ronaldo.

 

The best part about tournaments is the knee jerk reactions. Some lads saying we should buy Sissoko for 40 mil despite doing the square root of fuck all for Newcastle
