Let's talk about how my team decides to beat Sam's team 5-0 but refuses to beat anybody else.

Nothing like leading the league in scoring while finding a way to lose every week.

 

As a thought, it would be cool to have Reddit style flairs so we can see who everyone supports. Not sure if this would be possible but just a thought.

I just want to rock a cannon on my posts.

 

We used to just all have team crests as our avatars

 

I mentioned that and tried to put an emoji in my user title but I don't think it went down with Jason.

Back on to football and as an Arsenal fan, I'm stuck between wanting Leicester to drop points, and hoping Tottenham don't overtake them and complete my cheese-nightmare of a season.

 

I like how I'm a part of the MLS talk.

That result still makes zero sense to me. FCD have been the better team in every other game they've played (despite what the DCU commentators would have you believe), the defence has rarely looked troubled, yet they didn't show up against Houston. I don't think it can ever be explained.

 

Worst of all, they let Felipe score on them....TWICE

I'm all for it, personally. This is really my main soccer source of news and discussion outside a couple of SB Nation sites.

And yeah, Gare mentioned it, but I'd also like to highlight the fact that there's a women's soccer thread too that I hope will be active as well.

 

I did not get the big job I was after. It was with Google in Ann Arbor, made it to round three of their four round interviewing process so I will at least take the win and confidence from getting that far. I am contemplating both at the moment, one is staying in Michigan and moving to two nicer cities and the other is big move out of state. I think I have finally settled on my MBA. It was down to a JD or MBA.

I get that completely and related so much to your rant on company's application process online. I would love to see a revitalization of this thread. Good luck on finding something though bud, just have to keep going at it.

Obviously I want us to miraculously win it somehow, but this is the best sporting story in a long, long time, I don't think anyone but Leicester deserve it, and if they do slump and us or Spurs somehow pip them to it, then it will be a huge travesty in a way.

 

If Spurs were to win it, how do they not deserve it?
