Rosicky is another one of those players that could have been an all-time great if he could stay healthy. Just like Theo and Wilshere. As a result you have to put them in the tier just below Messi and Ronaldo.

Really happy with Xhaka signing, definitely think he's a massive improvement on what we've got and replacing Flamini and Arteta with Xhaka and Elneny is genius.

Also think his (lack of) discipline will be great, we need more leaders and people who get pissed and angry and who can also play football, unfortunately Flamini could only do the former
