Went to my local shop this morning and copped a copy (somehow walked out with a Michelle Branch record too). I’m still waiting on my other two.

But I wanted to spin this bad boy on my day off.

 

Someone press Hotel Paper by Michelle Branch on vinyl challenge.

 

I just did a quick search on these rights, it looks pretty muddy.

Maverick is either shuttered. Or it’s not. Or it’s artists were retained by WB. Or they weren’t.

Either way, someone has a blank check in their pocket right now.

 

Damn.

Record is so good front to back.

I'm not kidding, when I'm in the shower, for the life of me I cannot remember if I've washed my face, and I probably end up double washing my face like 80% of the time.

My husband doesn't care for most of the music I like, but he instantly clicked with Inaudible. He ended up enjoying the entire album, but he said Inaudible will get played more often than the rest of it. It's a killer opener for sure.

 

Well, I guess two out of three shipments isn't bad. Got my Patreon & hardcover vinyl, but my two tshirts have been stuck at "In Transit, Arriving Late" since May 1st. They got through Fox Valley, but appear to have departed Chicago regional origin facility on April 27th, and that's it. :(

Happy having the vinyl in hand over the shirts.

 

I'm still at Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending obviously.

At this point, I'd settle for 'expected delivery in October' just to know someone at Fox Valley knows that my vinyl exists.

the first half is the worst part of the album the back half rules and i can’t get the “are you washing it out with your hands” part out of my head

honestly “spend all your time on money cuz money is the only thing you need” and “i jump you like an animal, you bite back like an animal” are worse lines than the opening one
