I dig this a lot. I can see it getting rotation and getting play in the markets that matter, quickly.

Eh, I can get the inital programing sound, but the guitars would be much louder and the sounds would continue to get even more nuts.

also the yelling.

 

Honestly really glad that I watched the live demo to hear the difference. It's really cool to see where they're at in their career, cause pre-Black Mile MO I feel like would've stopped at the demo sound and it would've been sick, but now they warp and deconstruct their songs so much more to make something so much cooler. Even though I can hear parts in the new song that I think would've liked to hit a little harder in a prior era, I think the evolution is way more interesting.

 

the entire album is not dropping tonight so don't have insane expectations haha

 

I haven't listened to a ton of NIN, but it had the strong electronic rocky beat like I've heard from them.

 

anyways I think this song will be huge for them

 

I felt like The Gold was a LOT more radio friendly, but maybe I just don't know modern radio

1. Way less “experimental” and less of a departure from their past music than I expected given the marketing
