    this is all there is

I am absolutely over the moon that someone has mentioned This Day & Age. I love TBaTH so much and I don't know anyone else who even remembers them. I truly wish they had made more music as TD&A, though I do really enjoy Reign of Kindo as well.

Also love The Narrative. Their first EP brings back SO many memories for me.

If we're just listing bands from this era with killer albums that people may have left behind, I'm gonna throw out the first 3 Brighten releases are fantastic. Also Mansions, Dignan, Wild Sweet Orange, I'm so into this era of music.

I LOVE This Day & Age. I have their first album, Always Leave the Ground, on vinyl and it's a favorite.

That's nice! ;D yeah I actually haven't listened to TD&A in a long while, but just wanted to come up with something I used to hold as similar - I'll have to get back to it again ;D and I do love The Reign Of Kindo as well! ;D but thought it might be too far from the original vibe I was going for! ;d so not only for the sake of naming killer albums, I wanted to add something new, so if there's anything you haven't heard on the list, I highly recommend checking it out ;D and I'll have to check the ones that you've mentioned too - meaning Dignan and Wild Sweet Orange (any particular albums from these?). Mansions I already am familiar with and enjoy them a lot, but that would also stand for different dynamics for me, I guess ;D
