earthquake!

 

Well that one was less pleasant than the first lol

 

That was kind of a gnarly one. Highland park epicenter, hope everyone is okay.

 

Yeah that one shook my office real good in Burbank.

 

I'm okay, just a little shaken, put totally intended

 

Been here for 10+ years and that was the biggest one I've felt. The shake almost knocked me out of my chair. Most of them I've experienced have a more rolling effect, but this was by far the most violent. Wild.

 

Felt much bigger than 4.7 here in Long Beach, and yeah that was more violent than the couple we've had in the last week or so.

 

Well I can't help but feel like this is my fault now

 

Biggest one I can remember feeling in a while. I work at a movie theater and was on break so at first I thought it was just the theater next door (it was playing Trap) until it got stronger and my phone alert went off.

Fun fact: wasn't large enough to trigger the automatic shut off for the projectors

 

That was the first one for me since moving here that I instinctually grabbed onto to something near me. I really should learn earthquake protocol.

 

I don't know if everyone saying "wow this never happens like this" is comforting or alarming. I do however know that I'm muting "the big one" on social media.

 

feel like the one around 2019 was bigger feeling. but still crazy

 

my parents are taking me to the show and shopping in the area. no need to pay for parking

the intuit dome app uses facial recognition but won't take my picture (i can at least still access my ticket barcode)

i can't believe I'm about to see Olivia do her Love is Embarrassing and Obsessed choreo live in just a few hours

i have an xtra ticket to angelo de augustine at the barnsdall gallery theatre (la) tomorrow 8/22.

was gonna fly out there but can't make it bc i have a meeting at work tomorrow.

have been gifted lots of tickets when i was in a rough spot and would love to give it away to someone who wants to go but can't afford to

dm if interested.

if you'd be down to film some of the "tomb" songs for me i'd have a lot of gratitude, but no worries if not

 

I just spent an hour on the 5 going from Glendale to Chinatown (usually a fifteen minute drive) fml

 

Makes me always wonder what these people are doing on the road if they aren’t working.
