Meeting up with my friend for a drink tonight who's moving to Pennsylvania this weekend, and then heading over to Sara's for the weekend. We're both sick so depending on how we feel we might go out tomorrow to Royal Oak to go to the record store and grab dinner and drinks too. Hope you have a good weekend Colby!

This is an unnecessary bit of info I'm about to share but I have the habit of saying "lady friend" when I'm gonna hang w/ a girl I like. I said it to my sister once and she said I sound like a 40 year old divorcee. I'm still offended.

 

haha i mean we are seeing each other but it isn't exclusive so i don't really know how else to coin the term, also i am almost 30 so it might be more acceptable and understanding coming from my age demographic. haha

My boss says that all the time, "your lady" or "lady friend". Maybe because "girlfriend" sounds immature or maybe to avoid making assumptions about my relationship status
