Letter Kills – “Closer”

Sounds like a different band, ha. Expected after so long though. Sounds a bit like new Acceptance.

 

the song they dropped last year sounded more like their old sound than this one, still not a bad song just like you said, sounds like a different band.

 

Definitely, I was a fan of the comeback single. Acceptance did the same thing after their comeback single, everything after was very different but Acceptance still sounded like Acceptance.

 

agreed, i preferred Colliding By Design over WIld Free though, that one seemed more of the same, but still cool we even got new acceptance in the first place!

 

Definitely cool, I never thought it would happen! But I'd take an album worth of songs like their comeback single over any of both of those post reunion albums.

 

Absolutely agree. I loved that song and it annoys me to this day that it isn't on streaming.

I totally agree. I actually tweeted that very question to Acceptance twice to no response.

 

Yeah, it definitely deserves to be put on streaming. I wish they’d come back with a radio rock album in that vein.
