This show is going to blow up in a few months everyone watch

 

OMG AUBREY IS THE BEST COMIC BOOK VILLAN SO FAR

 

Also, would make perfect sense if Syd switches bodies with David again to fight off the Devil

 

I'm loving this show and reviewing it has definitely been fun. It's a weekly challenge to not just write "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" and "THIS IS GREAT!"

 

My hyper-hyperbole kicks in during this show. I just start tweeting "LEGION! legion. LEEEEEGIONNNNNN. OH MY GOD"

 

Holy shit this episode was fantastic. Aubrey Plaza is so much more intimidating than I ever expected her to be (though maybe I should have seen a performance like this coming, it's not even THAT far off what she usually does), and after the ending I just said "WHAT" out loud.

 

This show is so great from top to bottom. Ambitious all the way through and so far has pulled it off. I was on the edge of my seat through half the last episode, like where is this going? The scene with his sister onwards.

 

Renewed for Season 2. Not surprising, but still good news. Can't wait for tonight's ep!

 

Triple post, but I had to mention that Hiro Murai directed tonight's ep! He did 7 episodes of Atlanta.

 

OH SHIT I love his visual style. This will probably be a wild one

 

Stoked for that crispy S2 renewal. This show is unreal. Can't wait to see what Hiro did with tonight's episode.

That was a great scene, agreed. Feel like this show is really gearing up to get in its own head, which is cool

I love her but I honestly had no idea she had this kind of performance in her

 

It's kind of fucked when you think who/what was actually grinding on David's crotch

 

I thought that when the kiss scene replayed

 

Just caught up with this show. Episode 5 was fucking crazy. That ending was incredible.

 

So I kinda have an idea of what's happening but need confirmation....

David brought everyone into this made up world where he thought they'd be safe, but it appears he's "lost" because we see Melanie's husband. His presence tells me they're all in the in-between space. It appears that Melanie's husband is gathering the whole crew in attempt to "rally the troops". Not sure what his plan from here would be though.
How far off am I?

I try to avoid the reddit theories and spoilers because it takes away from the experience of watching it. But based on what we've seen, that's what I think is going on.
