I've read they've got a lot more coming, but I can't believe it's already going to be out there so fast too

 

Exciting, but also disappointing because this is still probably Frank’s main priority over new MCR anytime soon.

 

I would think this could arguably be considered each member’s main project aside from Travis. MCR, Thursday, and all of Anthony’s other projects haven’t really been grinding away on long tours much anymore so I think we’re going to see LS Dunes pushing out music and touring more than people think they were going to

 

I'm here for it. Of course I want new MCR, but goddamn I'm happy LS Dunes exist.

 

Unrelated but I completely forgot about MCR. They dropped a new song before their tour, but no sign of an album?

 

I forgot all about that song too lol

Its funny.. MCR dropped ONE new song and its available on Rock Band 4 as DLC haha.. thats how much people just want new MCR.

 

Is rock band actually an indicator in any way of how much people want new music from a band? I didn’t even realize that game was around anymore lol

 

It gets new dlc every week. Even new songs are getting added one of the foo fighters songs off their new album just got added

Rock Band 4 fucking rocks. I spent an absurd amount of money collecting guitar hero guitars and RB drum kit parts so I could make sure I can play that game forever.

and then the friggin backwards compatible controller adapter broke, so I can only use the official RB4 guitars now, which suck compared to like the GH2 ones.

That's a cool song, AG sounds slightly out of place though? Not sure if it's the straightforward nature of the song or what. First time Travis has done some stuff that made me double take like, "why does that sound so familiar?" and it's because he's playing like he did on older Coheed stuff. Really cool.

If I had no idea what this band's sound was and only saw the members listed, this is what I'd guess it would sound like. Especially guitar-wise.

Rough production? Sounds fantastic to my ears.. what do people want from music these days? Nothing but drum triggers and over processed vocals? That’s certainly not what this band is about, past lives was raw too, which is why I love it!

 

New song is sick, I'd kill for a whole album like this
