Fests are seriously the way to go for me going forward. Last year I saw Kendrick and SZA and many others at Camp Flog Gnaw for cheaper than just the 2 of them alone

 

im starting to wonder how much longer will stadium level acts even play fests? It doesn’t make financial sense for then with the prices they’re charging at their headline shows.

 

I do not go to stadium shows anymore and probably won’t ever again

 

I'm feeling even better about my choice to prioritize smaller shows this coming year. I just popped in to see the prices and they are outrageous for Chicago. 450+ for floor, 375+ for 100s, 290+ for 200s, 239+ for 300s, 145+ for 400s. That's a no go for me even if I was home that weekend.

 

The Damn Tour was ridiculous. This was an all-time favorite moment.

 

I thought $200 Canadian for nosebleeds was bad for MCR, but $350 for Kendrick is fucking absurd. Have fun bankrupting yourselves everyone

So it turns out I might might make my first trip to LA ever (from Maryland) to catch this show... that would be a legendary experience

 

Is 6:16 in LA really still being kept off streaming because Kendrick and his team can't clear the Al Green sample? It's been months, what's up with that?

After my fifth or fourth(?) listen this is really great. Still not ready to rank it in his discog. Feel like Dodger Blue is getting widely slept on. The hooks/features on that are fantastic. Also I don’t mind Peekaboo.

This album has grown on me so fast. At first i thought it felt too slight for a Kendrick project, but I’m starting to feel like it’s just his most direct and immediate release. If someone said it was their favorite of his albums, i wouldn’t think that was weird.

 

Nosebleeds being $200 made me sit this out. Just the price of these things nowadays I guess :/

 

yeah gonna see last minute if those go down , it was the same for SZA solo sigh

there’s no hope anymore for cheap tickets on resale cause people will post TikTok’s saying it’s worth it so spend that money or to camp the venue before it’s PAIN
