Pete deleted his Instgram and Kanye posted how he ran Pete off Instagram. This is all so shitty and Pete shouldn’t have to deal with any of this, especially since he is pretty open about his mental health struggles. I hope he’s doing okay with all this.

Completely forgot that Pete went off a few years ago about Kanye’s mental health. This next comment isn’t to defend Kanye but Kim dating Pete right after the divorce went public is also very problematic.

Can someone show Ye the documentary? Maybe that will help. Especially what Pharrell said after hearing “Through the Wire”

 

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't recall Pete ever "going off" about Kanye's mental health. He just said that Kanye should take his meds, and was speaking from experience as someone who also takes meds to deal with his issues.

Also I really don't think we should be blaming Kim for who she chooses to date*, especially after she just got out of a very traumatizing relationship with someone who is continuously harassing and emotionally abusing her publicly. Putting *any* blame on her right now just feels very...gross.

*assuming that person isn't a noted abuser or something similar, which Pete is not

 

First of all, Kanye went public with a girlfriend months before Kim and Pete started dating. That young model, her name is escaping me but I remember TMZ blew up with pics of them in Paris. Also, when Kim and Pete started dating it was like 5 months after the public knew she separated with Kanye.

 

I was wrong. I was so, very wrong.

 

How? Haven’t they been separated for awhile? She hasn’t been parading him around or doing photo shoots with Interview Magazine. For the most part, it’s been fairly low key, from what I can tell. I don’t want to defend Kim because who cares, it’s billionaires that would never think twice about me. But I see nothing wrong with it.

 

Yeah, this is a new low, personally and creatively. I like maybe four songs on this, and even those have caveats. I remember thinking ye sounded like demos; I wish I could go back in time and show myself this. A 4/10 would be generous here, and that's just for some of the beats and features. His verse on the first track is literally the only vocal that sounds finished. The Future tracks on here (minus "Pablo") might be his worst. "City of God" actually resembles a song, but it wasn't intended for this project and his verse isn't even good there. Not here to just rag on shit for the sake of ragging on it, I've got a real attachment to those first seven albums, but dude is (and I guess has been) officially washed.

 

If anyone is feeling generous to Kanye for this piece of shit, I gotta say that you do not, under any circumstances, have to hand it to him.

 

I listened to Donda, liked some of it.see no point in listening to this

 

I'm pretty sure the album is not finished, most of it just sounds like what he played at the listening party

There are probably still months of overproduced listening parties full of technical difficulties and controversial guests to go
