I'm sure that Kanye from 2004-2017 will always be my favorite hip-hop artist of all time, which makes everything after that so much more painful

 

I don’t think this is gonna drop and to have it drop on the 12th when Cudi is dropping after they just made up and have a collab together would seem kind of unlikely. I fall into the camp that I’ll listen to anything he puts out just due to past history and curiosity, the most recent version of the album unfortunately sounded much better than the previous listening party and “Gun to my Head” with Cudi sounds like it could be up there with the best of KSG but I honestly think this is Yandhi Pt 2 and will be scrapped or heavily delayed and reworked, either way I don’t see this being in heavy rotation regardless for me because he’s done enough where his actions have impacted how much I can listen to his more modern work without thinking about those actions and wanting to listen to something else

 

I'm not saying this won't come out, but I would not be surprised if it is indefinitely delayed or scrapped. Would be interesting to see Ty back out at some point or Nicki continue to not clear her verse.

1000% not genuine. He’s trying to release an album where no record label will distribute it, no venue will host his listening parties, writers won’t clear samples and major artists (Nicki) are refusing to clear their features. He reluctantly made that “apology” in hopes that all these roadblocks will magically disappear.
