It is aggressively, aggressively mediocre with some bright ideas and some flat-out awful execution.

I think the response to the album scared him so bad that he’s afraid to release another project because of it. He should have just pulled a Lupe Fiasco post-“Lasers” and released stuff at regular clip, to the point people don’t remember the weak stuff.

He’s got the next album ready to go, think it’s supposed to come out top of the year and it’s supposed to be similar to the early chance stuff.
