I was familiar with her before but this was the first album of hers I've heard

 

Yeah I didn't give country music a chance until I heard Chris Stapleton, haha. I grew up in Alabama and had a general disdain for southern/redneck culture, and I associated all country with it.

 

Her Christmas album was the first thing I listened to
(It's a fantastic Christmas album, though)

 

Well, glad you all came around!

 

Was sold the moment I heard Follow Your Arrow

 

“Merry Go Round” really did it for me. Just a perfect song.

 

Slow Burn was my intro and it hooked me immediately

also this is probably my favorite country but not really country album ever right along with Red

 

I bought 'Trailer' when it came out and gave it a couple of listens, did the same with 'Pageant Material' and it didn't really grab me (Especially 'Biscuits' which still gets on my nerves) but then Golden Hour completely blew me away. Since then I've properly delved into her previous two and fell in love with them.

 

Natalie’s a treasure. Hers was the best show I saw last year and I’m still bummed she’s not playing with Kacey on my date

 

I absolutely hate myself for missing her in Detroit. I didn’t think it would sell out as fast as it did. Checked stubhub and everything else and they were over 100 dollars even the day of..

Ugh.

 

My wife is out of town so I’m doing chores and listening to Lonely Weekend on repeat

 

Anyone checking out the philly show Friday? Gonna make the drive up if tix drop a little more

I like Heffe...good Mexican food and Fette Sau...really good BBQ, but Frankford Hall, Joe's Cheesesteaks, Johnny Brenda's and more are all right there.

 

Goose island brew pub opened up recently right next door

 

Good to know - always down for some quality bbq. I still haven’t purchased tix yet - they were dropping all day on stubhub and still a fair amount left. I’ll probably wait until tomorrow afternoon and buy them right before I start the trek eastward.

 

I like the tla because I can grab Jim’s right there. Too easy
