Every time my mother bought Papa Murphy's she got sick, lol.

 

I want to have the outlet of playing an instrument and writing cathartic lyrics but without having to actually work and practice and learn anything.

 

Is there an A1 fantasy football league this year?

I have no doubt that my blood pressure will kill me if I don’t make serious changes soon. It’s not good

 

The s'more pizza probably didn't help.

 

When I went through my health scare, I found out my blood pressure is surprisingly good, which shocked me.

 

I do, however, need to work on cutting back on eating. When I'm depressed I tend to eat and so I haven't done well there. Still exercising a lot more often though. Helps when the apt gym is like a tumble down the stairs from my apartment.

 

I’m on day 2 of not buying any fast food and I already am like give me all the junk food.

I am bad.

 

I feel you there. When school starts I get hella stressed/burnt out/depressed etc and I just turn to food. And not good food either, I’m just a glutton. So many dominoes pizzas have been devoured by myself in my bed at like 1am lol

 

In other news, tomorrow my friends and I somehow miraculously all have the day off and have mapped out what the perfect day in Long Beach consists of and low key have an itinerary. We are adorable.

Yup. I was doing well, so I'm extra frustrated with myself, which doesn't help.

Gonna wake up, go to Chuck’s (our favorite diner), then see Midsommar, then hit up La Ravancha (our favorite Mexican spot), and then close off the night at Baddeley’s (our favorite bar). The only possible way this day can be improved is if after the bar we watch Fellowship of the Ring.
