I was there too and loved it so much.

I have a friend who always says that they should have done a few songs before doing clarity, but I disagree. Having the lights go out and then hearing the drums start for “Table for Glasses” was just an amazing feeling.

I bought tickets like 3 hours before the show because they released more. It was a very last minute thing. I was so much cooler 10 years ago :crylaugh:

Hearing an album start to finish live is like living inside of the album for one night and you get to carry that with you forever.

Feel like it was just yesterday I was complaining that the clarity ten year anniversary tour came nowhere near me. Aw good times lol

    I was there too!
I also won a context through FNX where I got to interview the band before the show. It was so awkward, lol.
But they gave me free swag, and signed a copy of the Clarity repress.
Sister and I were front and center for the show!

When a band has lots of great albums it’s ok to have different favourites.

I never understand the shit Damage gets. Please Say No is top 3 Jimmy easily

It sounds different from a production standpoint than a typical Jimmy record to me. A little flatter or something. Maybe someone with more knowledge could eloborate if they feel the same way. Songs are still good.

Futures is my favorite, but Dizzy is one of the absolute best songs in their entire catalog.

Honestly, for me lately it really has been:

Futures = Chase This Light = Integrity Blues

Damage misses that upper echelon for me by a hair’s breadth - I think it may be the production / recording because the songs are great.

Admittedly, I'm not good at ranking and my rankings change a lot.

Damage is incredible but the only album I’d put it above is static, but probably tied with clarity. Everything else is above those

I do not think it is their best album, but I definitely feel like I have significantly more love for Invented than most JEW fans.

I honestly don't get Damage, it doesn't do anything for me and every time I listen to it I feel like it's the first time hearing the songs, none of them have ever stuck with me, I don't know why
