After more listens, LOVE the song more and more. Cannot wait to buy the album and tour tickets.

Maybe it's cause I've never really been that into Blink except for Untitled and some of Enema, but I thought this song was super cheesy.

 

yeah I can hear it and its bugging the crap out of me. i'm not just trying to be negative about the song, i like the song more than i thought i would, i just hate the way the vocals sound. the distorted guitar tone is almost non-existent as well which takes a ton of punch out of the chorus and the cymbals just sound like mush.

overall the whole thing just kinda sounds like what i would describe as shiny soup... all the parts are there i guess, but they all just blend together too much and it hurts the overall appeal of the sound for me.

 

Immediately reminded me of a cross between Adam's Song and Feeling This at the beginning, dig it though

 

yeah i listened because of the hype, but i don't really get the song or the band. song is mediocre at best, terrible lyrics, unmemorable melodies, really weird production that makes the vocals sound bad

alk3's last record was so much more interesting than this. i guess i understand why people like this band but it's kind of amazing that the nostalgic value of 2-3 records from the early 00's and a carefully timed reunion can carry a band
past consistently mediocre music

I don't know why, but it reminds me of this song (took me a while to find this song otherwise I would have made this point earlier) because I end up getting the chorus in my head (The song I'm posting, not bored to death).
