I was not a fan of Wolverines, but this song is very good. I guess I'm super excited for this now.

 

I’m a huge Avalanche/Vinny/Mike fan.. but this song didn’t do much for me. Will I buy the vinyl preorder tonight? Totally. Gotta support your favorite artists but I’m hoping there’s some stuff I like on it since I wasn’t a big fan of Wolverines either.

 

Also everyone should check out Mike’s two other projects Pass Away and Spirit Houses. It’s good stuff!!

Reading the inverview with Vinnie blew my mind realizing Avalanche United was almost 10 years ago, wtf how

 

"As much as things changes and decades later I’ve released other Avalanche records and solo records and Movielife record and Peace’d Out records and Constant Elevation records, the feeling of writing music and recording it and then having it and releasing it is the exact same as when I was 18 years old. There’s no less excitement or gratification or enjoyment and I think a lot of that has to do with it leveling out my soul. If I didn’t do this and didn’t get the chance to get all of these things out of my soul and my head and my heart, I think I would be lost."

This made me so happy to read. I love Vinny so much.

 

Okay, Better Days is growing on me when I have the mindset that this is just an opener.

 

This song fucking rips. Way better than anything on Wolverines or Cities

 

Vinnie is the man, love him. I can’t wait to listen to this album.

 

love it. let's goo. i didn't care for the newest Movielife album but I've loved all of IATA's releases. vinnie is such a great dude happy he's still kicking this much ass.

 

Cities is pretty great y’all.

Ski Mask, Mercy, Ghosts, Sister Saint Monica, Pour Two Glasses, Lake Superior, and You’re The Cure are all top tier IMO.

 

Hell, “Laugh Ourselves To Death” is awesome too.

The entire record is very solid - I definitely recommend everyone to give it another spin if it’s been a while.

 

I definitely enjoy it but I think it could have been better

I ended up going with the coke bottle with gold glitter variant since I like that type of style over opaque in general but I hope it’s cooler than the mock-up pictures.

 

This rules, it makes me really miss going to shows though cause this would absolutely go off in that setting.

 

Same the mockup had no gold glitter haha hopefully it's cool

 

Disappointed I wasn't able to grab this on coke bottle/gold glitter but happy to get a first pressing. I'm digging the new song, it definitely has the IATA vibe I was looking for, can't wait to get my hands on it.
