also @tdlyon you ever check out Quasimodo? It’s Madlib’s rap moniker and he also does the beats on those records. Very weird but GREAT stuff.

I would actually pay more money to be able to stream Aaliyah’s discography on major services. What exactly is going on with the rights to her catalog? Hasn’t been a big dispute for like a decade?

When I was a teenager in the Netherlands, we had this TV station called The Box that only played requested music videos. “Whoa!” is one I remember coming up a lot, year after year. That meant something. A true classic.

 

The Box ruled.

Yeah I'm gonna include the Quasimodo albums but I don't really want to listen to those in the background like I am for the others since they're fully lyrical, I'll have to find the time to really check them out. Same with the Jaylib album
