Freddie album is amazing. Yachty’s was good too, imo. The best songs have features but it seems he’s improved his rapping a bit.
Probably wont get many replays from me tho

May not be your thing but it stuck with me. Probably gonna wind up in my top 10 of the year unless the back half of 2020 is particularly strong.

every rap album that's really aiming for streams is almost always too long

leads to a lot of filler

Yeah it’s an unfortunate trend that I wish would end

It’s been an issue for the last 7 or 8 years. Luckily most of it is singy trap stuff, so doesn’t bother me too much haha

Tyler sounds good on this Freddie song

I need him to go into that lane now with old heads

    Got a light?

The Yachty album is surprisingly fun, his verses on the track with Tyler and the rest are pretty bad, whereas the rest of it I find his flow and beat selection combined with some humourous lines to be entertaining enough to stand out in the genre in a like it but not so serious type of way

Did anyone check out the Professionals album? It's a collab between Madlib and Oh No with the former on beats and latter rapping. Listening right now and it's pretty solid

Yeah, dig it a lot. Probably not as good as some of Madlibs recent stuff, but still good.

Haven’t seen many people talk about this. Produced entirely by Roc Marciano. For fans of Roc, Boldy, Freddie, the whole Griselda crew.

I know the thread wasn't really feeling the new Future album, and I've already expressed my love for it a few times, so I'll shut up after this, but this track is a BOP

edit: I think this is my favorite Future record since like DS2 or EVOL. I'm REALLY into it right now.

The Future albums no one likes are normally the ones I like, so looking forward to giving it a listen haha

I'm actually just about to listen to High Off Life for the first time but I also have unusual favorite Future projects lol (Monster, The WIZRD and HNDRXX are my top 3 I think. I also thought the Save Me EP from last year went incredibly overlooked. I love DS2 but it's a bit too samey, and Honest has some of his best songs ever but some weak ones bring it down)
