Yeah, I enjoy Ja's first three albums.

 

Actually really like R.U.L.E. album too, which I think was his 5th or 6th album.

 

Put It On Me as a young teen was a massive single to me. Felt like I couldn’t escape it. I definitely know every word sadly.

 

TBF with his voice, i'd probably only make it through about 2.5 songs, let alone albums haha

 

his verse on "Scenario" alone earns him a nod even if he didn't really live up to that

 

I'd say Busta would be in my top 20. Probably around 11-15. His first 4 albums are all classics in their own right. Unfortunately, he's put out some bang average stuff after them. Few hits here and there, but nothing touches his initial run.

 

When he came out at MSG as a surprise and performed with Anderson Paak back in May, I lost my shit.

 

R.U.L.E. is my favorite. It’s the best of both Ja worlds. It’s also the reason I met my girlfriend with whom I have been with for like 13 years now, so it wins by default, haha.

to be fair, I would have guessed it was a single white male rapper based on the Eminem comparisons, but otherwise it would have been a 50/50 guess as to if it were an individual artist or a group

If he wasn't presented so much as a Christian rapper, I would've assumed all the Hopsin fans moved on to NF. Wouldn't be surprised if there's still a good amount of crossover.

Listened to the first couple songs on the new album. Not for me, but high school me probably would've loved it.

 

I think I want to do a Snoop Dogg album run through, I've only ever heard Doggystyle, Reincarnated, BUSH and 7 Days of Funk in full (yes I understand that is extremely weird and I'm probably the only person in the world who has only heard these four). Anyway, his career is super interesting and I actually kinda dig how many styles he has tried out regardless of success or not.
