I think so too. Tons of times a beloved artist does some fucked up shit but they've been around long enough that they still have defenders. This dude didn't even get famous until he was already in jail.

 

Exactly. The only articles I ever see published about him are related to domestic abuse. The only thing I've ever heard (positive or negative) about his music was the Kendrick tweet.

I'm not gonna argue one way or another on separating the art from the artist, but I will say that it seems like no one is even talking about his art. There's just a bunch of talk about his horrible actions and then crowds of teens that adore him. WTF?!
