I have never heard of this guy but I really like his stuff so far.

 

Is it just me or is the new Freddie Gibbs track very mediocre.

Good article about XXXtentacion. Didn't know anything about him really before reading this. Pretty fucking horrible crime he allegedly committed.

 

Yeah I don't know where the "allegedly" comes from cause I couldn't read anymore after the article described the state his girlfriend was in after her assault. I guess I don't know if the allegations are true but it's not hard to believe given his reputation for being "the hardest n**** in Florida." Reading that directly after the description of the crime was really sad. When that's considered a compliment I don't know why we ever expect hip hop culture to change.

 

"Allegedly" because he hasn't been convicted yet but yeah there's a lot of appalling evidence that he assaulted his pregnant girlfriend.

I liked a couple loosies and a few of the tracks off the Zoovier mixtape last year. Nothing near his peak though.
