He's been "secretly" signed to TDE since last year.

 

Seems like a TDE thing to do.

 

The TDE label head was like "we actually put out another album last year to an artist secretly signed to us bet u can't guess who" dope marketing strategy dumb fuck

 

Its almost like they dont want their artists to succeed

Haven't listened to any of his other stuff, but W$ Boi was dope.

 

I thought 90059 was gonna be the worst TDE album rollout until I witnessed the DWTW release, and now this lol

 

Aquemini is super, super awesome. Outkast has exactly the type of flow/style my fledging hip-hop ears wanted to hear, but didn't know how to verbalize. Is this considered Southern hip-hop or something else specific? Whatever it is, I need much more along these lines, so recs welcome.

 

Check their whole discography if you haven't already, + Big Boi's first solo

 

It is "Southern Rap" in that they proudly reference it, but Oukast and their camp have a fairly unique sound regardless. Something that does not sound like Outkast, but is also unqiue and always worth recommending is UGK.

Is it a concert venue or more of a night club with celebrity appearances/performances?

edit: Just looked it up. Looks like a "legit" concert venue. That's crazy.
