Posting in tjenmental health thread just gets ignored so. I’m at the end of my rope here ready to just delete all my social media and leave this site and basically just drop off in every way imaginable. I literally want to kill myself all of the time and that is just exacerbated by social media and the need to be perfect to everyone all the time.
I don’t expect pity. I’m essentially whining because I’m a bad person and consistently called out on it. Its not anyone’s fault but my own but I just need a break from it all or I’m running out of options

Definitely make some changes but dont cut off from everyone completely. I think here is a safe place for you to open up to us and we will always be there for you but as far as facebook, IG, twitter, all that stuff, get rid of it. Change is hard but it DOES feel good.
