This is me for sure.

I was super uncomfortable with it for a long time and felt judgemental about it but I eventually got to know people more I guess and realized the kind of people they are. I'm definitely not judgemental about it anymore eventhough sometimes I feel like I want to be, but it's been an interesting thing for me.

 

I think it’s unhealthy to stigmatize weed. We talk about alcohol freely and no one gives a shit, even @oldjersey who is a year into sobriety. I understand and appreciate the need for sensitivity, but weed? I dunno, I don’t smoke at all, but I’ve seen certain side effects of weed do wonderful things for members of my family. Alcohol is a far more dangerous drug and it’s much more openly discussed as if it’s nothing. It’s also really fucked up to think about all the people (mostly of color) who have been incarcerated because of weed in the past. If anything, I think it should be more openly discussed so the stupid stigma around it can end.

i blame my sisters for letting me watch Beavis and Butthead when i was like 5 and making me repeat the swear words that way they could tell on me for it

that said while things don't make me uncomfortable a lot of things do move me to tears out of both overwhelming joy and sadness so it's not like i'm desensitized, i'm just a heathen
